Meet Our Team
Sarah Nichol, Lisenced Massage Therapist
I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2001. After graduating from Central Ohio School of Massage, I began my career practicing Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to participate in many continuing education classes. The class and technique I utilize the most in my daily practice is neuromuscular therapy which I completed in 2004. Since then, I have been able to incorporate trigger point therapy into my treatments. Trigger point therapy has allowed me to specialize in providing a relaxing massage while treating a specific condition at the same time. In 2017, I became a certified infant massage instructor. With this certification, I teach parents and caregivers a skill set that can help with gas relief, smooth out sleep cycles, and so many other benefits. Babies can sense your intentions through your touch, therefore, learning massage is a proactive way to create a positive environment.
Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work with many wonderful clients. I have found that I have the most success with clients who are committed to incorporating regular massage to their lifestyle. I have helped people with everything ranging from headaches, fibromyalgia, seasonal affective disorder, and everything in between. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients on a deeper level than just their physical complaints. I create a friendly, comfortable environment in my room where you can heal. After we get your original complaint addressed with a few sessions booked close together, we typically move to appointments booked once a month. The regular massage is to ensure we stay on top of any complaint you may have.
I have lived in the central Ohio area since 2000. I have been married to my husband since 2007 and together we have two young boys. We enjoy spending time together on our boat, watching Ohio State football, and getting together with friends. I have experience working with chiropractors, athletic trainers and families. Whether you have a specific complaint or just need to relax, I am able to tailor a massage just for you!Learn About Massage Therapy

Working for Proactive Health & Wellness is truly one of my favorite things ever and it's something I never imagined I'd be doing. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutirtion + minor in Psychology from Washington State University and planned on working in a pediatric hospital. It only took a few months of working in traditional healthcare that I became frustrated that everything I was doing was to treat disease instead of prevent it.
I eventually found myself in Columbus, Ohio. I was recommended Proactive Health & Wellness when I was 24 weeks pregnant with my first baby. Care helped reduce my rib pain, and have a very uneventful first and second pregnancy. Both my kiddos have been adjusted by Dr Luke since they were a few days old as just a normal part of our family wellness. I was so in love with results our family had, that when the opportunity came up to help other families in our community find pediatric chiropractic care, I couldn't wait to join the team. Being a part of Proactive feels like being a part of a movement. A movement where people empower each other, support each other, root for each other and it’s something we want to share with our whole community! Chiropractic isn’t just a thing to me, it’s a pivotal part of my life and my family’s life.
I work in office for a few hours each week, but spend most of my week working from home in the wee hours of the morning before my two kiddos wake up. I feel so grateful to raise my family in the chiropractic world, and to be able to hug other parents in the office whose lives have been changed by chiropractic and they love it just as much as I do! When I’m not spending my time as mom to my two little ones, you might catch me doing some sort of interior design or renovation project, or aimlessly wondering Target for some quiet time.Check out our Facebook Page

When I’m not working for Proactive (the best team out there!!) I’m a photographer and full time student wrapping up my final year to become a Nutritional Therapist.
My first experience with Chiropractic wasn’t until I was in my late 20s. I grew up in a household where if something hurt, Advil was the only answer. Being someone who had many eye surgeries as a kiddo, I was no stranger to chronic headaches my whole life. But in 2015 I got into a really bad car accident that threw ocular migraines into the mix of my chronic headaches. I finally decided to try Chiropractic and the rest is history! No more ocular migraines and as long as I keep up with regular care, my chronic headaches are a thing of the past. Couldn’t be more thankful!

I was born in Michigan and have resided in the wonderful Westerville, Ohio for the last 22 years! I am currently working towards my bachelor’s degree majoring in psychology and plan on continuing my education to receive a master’s degree in clinical counseling with a focus on children and young adults.
I have always had a passion for working with children and came across a job listing for a chiropractic office receptionist that had a focus on pediatrics and I was ecstatic when I was able to join this wonderful team of caring individuals. I was clueless when I started about all the benefits of chiropractic care but over the last year and a half, I find myself always recommending it to friends, family members, and even strangers whenever they express a certain health concern that I feel that would benefit from chiropractic care. I have had great results in lowering my headaches/migraines, maintaining good sleep quality, and the lessening of stress and anxiety issues!

I am from Westerville, Ohio and graduated from Columbus School for Girls in 2020. I am a rising sophomore at Butler University, studying Biology on the pre-medicine track. On campus I am involved in my sorority, the club lacrosse team, the Butler Student Foundation, and have a position in a research lab on campus. This summer I am working at Proactive Health and Wellness on Saturdays, helping to run scans in the exam room. Everyone has been so kind and welcoming and it has been such a great experience getting to learn more about chiropractic medicine. I have been able to interact with patients and see hands on the progress they have made and hear about what a difference Dr. Reinhart has made in their lives.
